Rollin' Rollin' Rollin'

We had a really productive and great holiday weekend.  Too much to recount - I am tired!  But one thing was for sure - Charlotte was loving getting down and rolling all over the place.  Check it out.

Addy is practicing her reading and Charlotte is just loving her play time.  Roll, sit up, roll, turn around, push up, roll.  You get the picture.

Oh yeah, watch me here I go.

Look at that beautiful roll - you are still watching right?

Check this out - other way.  With a toy.  Thats right!

And Addy is still reading away.

Here come the ham for the camera.  Check me out Mama.

My duck is trying to get away.

I got ya!

Hey, what is that my feet are now hitting?  Hmmmmmm

Look now I can play with the piggy.

Whoa, I can see it when I lift my head up.  And if I push and pull on it with my toes it plays music.

Look at these impressive stomach muscles.  Watch out Jillian Michaels.

And look at these buff arms.  I am amazing.

And look at me now!!

Woo hoo, here I come!

Pretty impressive huh?

And still Addy is reading along - I think she went through about 7 books.

Just another fun night with the girls.

Peace

Charlotte adores Scott playing for her.  No matter what she's up to or how upset she might be, when the guitar comes out she loves it.

Look how intense she is . . . and is that cleavage?

Sometimes I just stop and watch these two together.  The best is when Addy joins in with the singing.

We went to the park this last weekend with our friends Aaron and Rhema.  While waiting for them, we tried to get some fun family pics.  This first one kills me, poor Addy is doing her best to hold a wiggling Charlotte in place.  Charlotte looks so funny.

The girls!!  I love these two.  But I don't love the yellow shirt and purple pants I am wearing??  What the heck.  Gotta love it when I am distracted in the morning and just throw things on and forget there could be pictures in my future.

My favorite three peeps.  Daddy and his girls.

Simply in love with this picture.  Daddy my hero!

So happy that Rhema and Addy got to hang out.  I was so excited when the ice cream truck pulled into the park.  YUM!

Pretty park!

Taking the trail.  Can you tell which Daddy has a new little one?  Envy Aaron the lack of bag and stuff.

Nothing like a pooper scooper box to make the girls giggle.

Look at these two.  They start kindergarten together in the fall.  Their mommies started kindergarten together 30 years ago.  I pray that they will find the same enduring and loving friendship Trisha and I have had for over 30 years now.

Have I mentioned lately that Addy Bear makes me so happy?

She is so creative and fun.  I love this kid!!  She's reading like a champ, always curious and interested in learning things.

Last night she says to Scott, "I wish you could stay and play instead of having to go to work and make your dollars and getting stress."  Too funny.

Its a Bowl-A-Rama

What a brillant idea . . . a bowl-a-rama for employee recognition & office party event!  The theme was 80's and we did it up.  Check out the fun!

We were broken into 4 teams:  Fast Times and DOH High, Girls Just Want to Have Fun with Ron, Everything that Bob's Not and The Gatekeepers.  (Can you guess the team I was on? Duh.  The Gatekeepers - its all ghostbusters baby!)

We ate, we bowled, we cheered, we laughed, and they were gracious enough not to kick us out and even played us 80's music!!

Neon - check
Big hair - check
leg warmers - check
Fishnet gloves - check

Was I rockin the 80's or not?

Oh yeah!!

Can you tell we were getting a lot of work done?  We looked to damn good to work baby!

Imagine all the normal people wondering what the heck happened to HR??

Are we an 80's tribute or what?  Karate Kid, Miami Vice (check out Ron in the cream pants) a rocker with a GNR shirt and more neon then you can look at without shades.

Yup, that is a fine head of crimped hair.

The Gatekeepers wore black t's that had been slimed.  I added a litte quote that seemed approriate for DOH and the scientists there.

Even little Emily got to join us!

Team 1: Girls Just Want to Have Fun with Ron

Team 2:  The Gatekeepers (plus the Michael tribute glove)

Team 3: Fast Times at DOH High:

Team 4: Everything that's Not Bob!

No vintage stores had to be raided here my friends, this is straight up out of Target and Forever 21.

Gotta say that our office is great, and on the very top of the list is for why is that we know how to have some fun!!
