Shots of the Week

Just a few shots of this last week:

Addy is starting to hold her own bottle. Most of time she doesn't hold it up high enough to get the actual liquid out. But she's working on it.

These are some cute and funny shots:

Grandma and Papa D. got Little this table, she sits on the bed to use it right now.

Bath Fun

Not only does Addy find it fun to get in the tub and splish-splash around, she has fun drying off too.

She'll sit in the sink:

She is completely fascinated with the faucets. She will do everything in her power to get to the faucet each night.

In the end she gives herself a 6 out of 10 for the performance. Not bad for bath time fun!

Happy Friday!

Why does her hair stick up like that?

I bet you have asked yourself, where did Addy's stick up hair come from? Well, settle back for a great story.

In a galaxy far far away . . .

These are shots of precious little Jessica Todorovich between the ages of 1 and 2:

The golden halo! It is as if the heavens are shining down on me . . .

Sometimes it actually sticks out in all directions equally.

Obviously it was tax time!

Do you need the mask, the hair is scary enough.

Addy has plenty of years to enjoy stick up hair!

Try not to be too jealous, some people have to buy a lot of product to get this effect.

Thanks Mom and Dad for pulling and scanning this photos!

We're back in business!

We got our new camera this weekend and so we are ready to blog again. Nothing too exciting to report, thought I'd just post a few photos.

Right after we got the camera out of the box, I immediately began snapping away at Addy. I think she was finally starting to get a bit tired of all the pictures.

Addy's new favorite trick is to sit on the changing table and turn off the lights, again and again. She is so proud of herself!

Addy came home tonight with a shiner. Apparently she got into it with the plastic barn and the barn won. Check out the purple bruise on the far left of her left eye. By bedtime it was even brighter. I am not sure that Addy really learned her lesson - lifting up and dropping big objects on your head doesn't always feel good. I am proud to say she's handling it like a trooper.

Don't panic - she is still able to carry on about her business . . .

When the weather is nice, after dinner Little comes outside with us to water the pots out front. She keeps watch over the neighborhood for us. (And scares away everyone with her hair!)

Have a great week!

No Camera - Last Pictures of the Other Kids!

Sadly we lost a good companion this weekend, our 7 year old camera went to the big photo lab in the sky. He was a good camera and did us well for many vacations and special events. So, we are on the market for a new camera - recommendations welcome! There are so many cameras out there.

Anyway, before the camera died we did get some funny shots of our first baby, Ollie. He insists on getting into the dishwasher every time it opens (he isn't the only one). I always dump the bottles out and put them on the top shelf and it never fails this is how the dogs look when the dishes are all put in the dishwasher. (That is old, stinky formula on his head)

Sometimes I get worried because if one of them gets covered like this there is a chance they will start to crowd and possibly get snippy with one another trying to lick at the formula. The dog with it on the head gets freaked and all of a sudden Scott and I are having to pull apart rabid dogs trying to attack one another over stale formula drops. The fun is endless . . .

We will hopefully get a camera soon and post some new pics. Have a great week.

Eight months and counting . . .

Its that time again, monthly photo with the bear time! Here is Addy's 8 month bear photo and some others just for fun.

Little wouldn't sit still for the bear photo. We tried on two different days. This one is cute, she was laughing and playing the entire time.

I've taken to plopping Addy in the kitchen with me and giving her "kitchen toys". She sometimes gags herself on the big spoons, but she loves that they make noise when you hit things like the oven.

Here is a good side shot so you can see that the hair is still standing tall. More of her hair is starting to stand up each day it seems like . . . Apparently she is the spitting image of me at that age with the stand-up hair. I am so proud. :)

Little is still enjoying the ol' point and squint routine.

Isn't she precious?

Hope you all have a good week!
