WDW Part 2

I feel like there is just so much to include about our trip, that I can't really capture it all.  We sure had a wonderful time and enjoyed some great family time.  Addy got an adorable Minnie purse from Aunt Brandy and Uncle Jeff and she loved carrying it around the parks.

Traveling with a 14 month old is a challenge for sure.  Things just take more time and you have a lot of stuff.  But I wouldn't trade this trip for anything - Charlotte was amazing.  We just slowed the pace and worked with it and we all (Addy, Scott and I) enjoyed the time we all got together.  Addy was patient and helpful at every turn.  I do feel like I have a lot of lessons learned in traveling with such a young toddler - if you all need any help - I am happy to share.

We got so close the animals on the safari ride . . . it was spectacular.  We saw more animals this time then ever before.

I think this is my favorite picture from the trip.  One afternoon we went back to the room so Charlotte could nap (every other day she just napped on the go with us).  She was asleep before we got to the room and so Scott decided to just let her sleep on him once she got out of the carseat.  They passed out together for a good hour and a half.  It was adorable.

The last 4 nights we transferred to the Animal Kingdom Lodge and had a room overlooking the savannah below.  Throughout the day and night we'd watch zebra, giraffe, and all sorts of animals wander through.  Truly a great experience.

Charlotte started out biting Minnie but finished up loving the characters.  Especially the fuzzy animals like Marie below.  She would smile and giggle and hug them - even clutch at them if they tried to pull away.  When we went to see Marie the entire crowd was watching them interact.  Marie liked Charlotte so much she tried to walk off with us!

I love my husband's family - they were great sports and agreed to let me get matching shirts for all of us!!  Love it.  Its always been my dream to be one of "those" families.

Dale was another favorite character for Charlotte.  Isn't this precious!?

Giving Mickey's nose one of her awesome open mouth baby kisses.

After our last major dinner together!
