Yesterday Grandma T came over to watch Addison. We had fresh snow in the morning and they went out to check out the snow:

Fashionista!
Grandma T. bought Addy some new things and boy did Addy think she was hot stuff. Look out runway here comes Addison!

What a Mess!
Every once in while I'll look at Addy and wonder, how does she get so messy? Sometimes its her hair - one second it will be matted to her head, the next sticking up all over and then another time it will have something mashed into it!
Here is some static:
Tonight while Addy was eating I stopped and really looked at her and realized - wow, she is a mess. If you click on this picture you can see the sticky stuff in her hair, the blueberry applesauce all over her shirt and all the food stuck on her arms and face. Not to mention the hidden stash on her lap waiting for me when I get her out of the chair. :)
Then when I finally did pull her out and put her down to go play, I realized she is wearing a totally mismatched outfit. Poor thing!
I am sure Addy was happy to get a bath tonight!

Pants on My Head
This weekend we had some friends over to hang out. Here's my orange chiffon cupcakes (remember, year of the baker) that Gracie and I are showing off.
The kids worked on some art projects. Gavin tried to help Addy get the hang of coloring.
Addy proceeded to eat the tip off every crayon we gave her. I guess we'll put those back for a little while longer.
The rest of the weekend we spent just hanging out and being silly.
Here is Addy all dressed up to head out to the store. Isn't she cute?
So cool . . .
Addy is learning how to brush her teeth!
And of course a silly weekend wouldn't be complete without Little putting a bunch of different pairs of pants on her head - now that is some serious fun!!
Special congratulations to Keith, Carrie, Toby and CJ - congratulations on your newest addition! We love you!

Silly Addy
Addy finally taking an interest in reading, well kind of . . .
Here is Addy helping Mommy with muffins. One of my resolutions this year is that 2008 is the year of the baker! So, this weekend I made old fashioned spiced applesauce muffins. Addy was a big help. And Cinnamon was right there too in case Addy couldn't assist with the taste testing.
And Little in her super cape!
This morning Daddy entertained Little during breakfast.
She loved it!
Okay, maybe not. :) (Actually she does enjoy the guitar, she claps and dances.)
And then tonight it was all about emptying the dog toy box and having some fun with it. She liked to stand in it and dance.

Pigtails, messes and fun!
Seems like already there has been lots going to since the new year started. New years resolutions to follow, new toys to play with and messes to make!
Here is Addy finding a new way to play with her kitchen. I was doing something in the kitchen and all of a sudden I see her head pop up over the counter. She was able to get herself down too! So, now when anyone comes over she'll show them her new trick.
Addy making a mess with dinner (yup, that is ham in her hair).
Addy making a mess of the kitchen with the Costco sized box of garbage bags.
Here is Addy checking herself out with her first ever pig tails. She was so excited. She kept looking in the mirror and laughing. She ate dinner with them in and didn't even try to pull them out. She was so darling! I took a hundred pictures.
Helping Mommy make cookies:
I was cleaning Addy's closet out and Little decided she had to wear her sunglasses for about the next hour. She was feeling very cool!

Addy with her new backpack. She will wear it around for hours while she is playing.
