Just A Few Memories

Talking a walk down memory lane, looking at the girls way back when:

Mother's Day Walk

Mother's Day was a low key day.  We got back from our trip to CA and took the morning to explore a little.  It was really fun to hang out together and make some memories.

Charlotte was very interested in the water and the slugs.

We tried for a group picture, not so much.

One more attempt for a group shot and its an epic fail.  Addy is doing her zombie pose and Char is not have any of it.  Love it!

Disneyland 2014

It was a very successful girls trip to Disneyland for Mother's Day.  We were so lucky to get to spend some quality time together hanging out and being silly.  And I have to say it was nice to travel light without all the baby stuff.

Addy got a new friend from Build a Bear - she named her new puppy Disney. 

Hit the pool in the afternoon to take a break from the rides.

Addy found a new favorite ride at California Adventure.  She did the swings about 10 times.  

Yup.  A starbucks at Downtown Disney - loving it!!

Tree climbing!

Coming in at night to watch the park all lit up was a highlight.  It was fun to just sit and enjoy the lights and sparkle.

The pic is dark and a little silly, but it shows how cool our view was . . . standing right on our balcony.  It was really fun to watch the park wake up and for the lights to slowly shut down as we went to sleep.

You will start to notice a theme with Addy.  There were a lot of funny faces and bunny ears on this trip.

Our first night we wanted to ride Radiator Springs and the line was so long.  We opted to do single rider - love how brave Addy is to try a new ride single rider for the first time.  We got this pic of us right before we get on the ride.

We wasted our down time taking silly photos.

The longest line we stood in was the Haunted Mansion one night.  We attempted to do some action scary face shots.

It was a really great trip filled with laughs and adventure - just the way we like them!!  Thanks Mom and Addy for a great girls weekend away!
